Shipping Service

We try to ship quickly. If all items are in stock, they will usually be shipped within 3 days of ordering, usually faster.

If there is no stock, we will contact the buyer to coordinate and the shipment will be delayed.

During peak periods (new product launches and holidays), you need to allow a few more days for processing.

After sending your package, we will not be able to control where it goes, but we will give you a tracking number.

For most products, we can ship to any address.

Some products have restrictions and cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Shipping time

Most orders take 5-15 days to arrive.

Shipping from EU warehouse: estimated to take 5 to 7 working days, by land.

Shipping from China warehouse: estimated to take 7 to 14 working days, by air.

Shipping costs

EU warehouse orders: For orders below $36, a shipping fee of $12 is charged; for orders above $36, a shipping fee of $6 is charged; for orders above $60, shipping is free.

China warehouse orders: For orders below $50, a shipping fee of $6 is charged; for orders above $50, shipping is free.
